Want to garden but have limited space? Container gardening is the solution! 

Join Extension Master Gardener Sandy Tarpinian to learn how to grow herbs, vegetables, and flowering plants in containers on your patio or balcony. Learn about types of containers to use, potting mediums, plants that attract butterflies, plants for sun and shade, ideas for vertical gardening and container designs.

Sandy Tarpinian is an Extension Master Gardener who has lived and gardened in Falls Church City for 22 years. She is the volunteer liaison for the City with the National Wildlife Federation program that has certified the City of Falls Church as a Community Wildlife Habitat.
